FSM3075 Food Service and Hospitality Strategic Marketing (Calloway): Home


This upper-level course provides students with a broad scope of food service and hospitality marketing. Emphasis is on the analysis, structure and strategy of food service and hospitality marketing; departmental budgeting; allocation of resources; market research; media selection; and effectiveness of the marketing plan. Case studies and assigned readings examine current marketing issues.
